I'm a Clinical Psychologist + Mindset Coach and I'm certified in Perinatal Mental Health.

I created this journal, Thriving Mom: A Journey to Self-Love, because I've witnessed the challenges and triumphs of mothers in my private practice, and have gone through personal challenges myself, I understand the unique journey each mom undertakes.

Here's a hard truth that I've come to realize: A mother can only love her children as much as she loves herself...I know that statement can be so difficult to process. But I wholeheartedly believe that every mother DESERVES the opportunity to cultivate and practice self-love.

My goal with this guided journal is to provide you with a safe and nurturing space for self-reflection, self-compassion, and the cultivation of self-love. Motherhood is an incredible adventure, and I'm honored to be a part of your self-discovery process!
